Electabuzz is an electric type Pokemon introduced in Generation I. It is usually found near the power plants. They can wander away and even cause blackouts in cities. Interestingly, electricity runs across its body and when it is dark, its entire body glows. Static and Vital Spirit are the abilities that this Pokemon boasts of.
