Watching a Moltres flying in the sky is a stunning sight as it sheds embers to create magnificent flame patterns. Making a debut in The Power of One, in Generation I, this dual-type Pokémon is one of the Legendary Birds of Kanto. In the springtime, it migrates to the south. Also known as the Flame Pokémon, Moltres can heal itself by diving into blazing hot magma of an active volcano. Pressure and Flame Body are its abilities, the latter one being the hidden ability.

Moltres move sets such as ancient power, solar beam, hyper beam, façade, hidden power, and U-turn can instantly demolish enemies. The best sets comprise of overheat, fly, flamethrower, sky attack, burn up, and so on. Moltres is one of the Three Legendary Birds of Kanto; other two are Zapdos and Articuno.

Although sighting a Moltres is a rare phenomenon, you can still tempt it by cooking a Moltres recipe. It belongs to the Fire/Flying-type, and therefore, you can either cook Hot Pot a la Cube using a lot of mushrooms and a little red or prepare Light-as-Air Casserole a la Cube using a lot of minerals and a few plants.
